2. Services
Urban Relocations provides packing, moving, and logistics services through a network of trusted local partners across India. Our head office, located in Navi Mumbai, coordinates operations and ensures service quality.
Services include (but are not limited to):
- Home relocation
- Office relocation
- Vehicle transportation
- Packing and unpacking services
All services are subject to availability and the terms described in this document.
3. Pricing
Quotes are based on the inventory shared during the pre-move survey.
Prices are itemized and transparent, reflecting the declared inventory.
If the inventory changes or additional services are requested, final pricing may be adjusted. We will notify you before proceeding.
Taxes, applicable government fees, and any additional service charges are included as per the quote or disclosed upfront.
4. Insurance & Liability
Transit risk insurance is available for an additional fee. Full terms, coverage details, and exclusions will be provided before booking.
Insurance covers damages due to accidents during transit.
Exclusions: Damages resulting from improper packing, natural disasters, acts of God, or items not included in the agreed inventory are not covered.
Urban Relocations and its partners are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages beyond the agreed-upon insurance coverage.
5. Partner Network
Our services are delivered via a network of carefully selected local partners.
Partners receive only the information necessary to fulfill your relocation request (e.g., contact details, inventory, addresses).
All partners are contractually bound to maintain confidentiality and protect personal data.
6. Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel services via email or written notice.
Refunds are processed according to the terms specified in the service agreement.
Administrative or cancellation fees may apply depending on the notice period and service type.
Any adjustments to refunds due to additional services or inventory changes will be communicated clearly.
7. Claims & Disputes
Customers must report any damage, loss, or service issue within 48 hours of delivery.
Claims will be reviewed based on the insurance terms or service agreement.
Urban Relocations reserves the right to investigate claims and resolve disputes promptly and fairly.
8. User Responsibilities
Provide accurate and complete information during surveys, booking, and service execution.
Pack items not included in our service scope if requested.
Comply with any instructions provided by Urban Relocations or its partners during relocation.
9. Data & Privacy
Personal information will be used only for service provision and communication purposes.
Information may be shared with our trusted local partners to fulfill relocation services.

10. Limitation of Liability
Total liability of Urban Relocations, including partners, will not exceed the value of the services provided.
Urban Relocations is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, natural disasters, strikes, or other circumstances beyond its control.

Urban Relocations may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
